On April 21, I will be speaking on a panel in Jacksonville with Florida death row exoneree Herman Lindsey about Florida’s death penalty. The panel will be hosted by The Tributary and follows their recent publication about a story about Kenneth Hartley’s capital conviction in the early 90s. (You can read the series here.) The panel will be moderated by The Tributary’s Investigative Reporter, Nichole Manna.
