Podcast on Florida's new capital punishment legislation

We are just about at the one-month mark since Governor DeSantis signed the new capital sentencing legislation into law and less than five months away from the capital sex crime legislation going into effect. (Read more on Gov. DeSantis signing the capital sex crime legislation here.)

Litigation about the applicability and constitutionality of the new capital sentencing legislation has already begun. I previewed the litigation here.
