Senator Bobby Powell filed an amendment to SB 450 that would change the jury vote from 8-4 to 10-2. The amendment can be found here.
As we posted yesterday, the full Senate is set to vote on SB 450 at 3:30 today.1 The hearing can be found here. Now, the full Senate will also be considering this amendment.
