I feel so bad for Jeff. I wonder if any veteran's groups are going to come forward to help him. There is something very wrong with executing anyone, especially a war veteran. The film was excellent and touching. Melanie Kalmanson always does an amazing job with her writing. I wish that they would just abolish this barbaric practice.

Thank you so much for the kind words. It is quite a bit to keep up with lately, but I feel very strongly about keeping everyone up-to-date on what's going on.

I have some questions. How come Hutchinson has just been denied clemency in December 2024 when his appeals were exhausted in 2012?

Are there other inmates that have been denied clemency recently? This process does seem very random.

Hi, Ricky. Thanks for reading. The clemency and warrant process are extremely random, as they are left to the discretion of the executive branch. I'm not sure about other inmates; the clemency process is very secretive.

SAVE JEFFREY HUTCHINSON!

I believe that a man who serves our country, and commits a crime due to the mental effects of being in war and gulf war illness, does NOT deserve to die!!

Instead mental help and treatment and yes Life In Prison(as a punishment) Yes, the crime was tragic horrendous, but this man needed help that the state Failed to provide to him and as a member of our UNITED STATES I am ashamed of the country we live in today!

-Prayers to Jeffrey but also to the family of both sides, because at the end of this everyone is a Victim.
